The Commission would like the media to attend a pre-
Bridge Day Media briefing on Friday, October 17 at
Smokey’s on the Gorge in Lansing, WV. This briefing will
begin at 4:00PM and, in addition to the media, will include
representatives from the Bridge Day Commission, Law
Enforcement, B.A.S.E. jumpers, Rappelers, National Park
Service, and other agencies.
During this briefing, media will be issued your Bridge Day pass and have privileges explained—such as shuttles and parking. In an effort to secure more buses for shuttles, the Bridge Day Commission is asking a nominal fee of $5 from each individual that receives a Media pass. This fee will need to be paid before you obtain your pass and can be paid on Friday, October 17 or ahead of time by mailing a check to:
Fayette County Chamber of Commerce
